Aaron is an undefeated Golden Gloves Boxer and brown belt in BJJ. He is a black belt under Steve Todd in 5 Way Method; a black belt under Jeff Sprawls in Maju Bela Diri, and a black belt Veral Noland in Taekwondo.
Aaron also has extensive experience in wrestling, Judo, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.
At the amateur level, AK has trained numerous Silver Gloves, Golden Gloves, J.O. Champions, and World Champions. Aaron is the trainer of Dustin “War Machine” Morrison, as well as other numerous professional fighters in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA all the way up to Bellator level.
Aaron’s real world self defense experience comes from the form of Integrated fight arts, comprehensive fighting arts, I.F.A., combat pistol, personal protection, night club cooler/bouncer, and fugitive recovery.
With over 10 years experience training Travis has developed a unique style of submission grappling. In charge of the day to day operations of the gym, you will almost always find him there.
Karo “The Heat” Parisyan
Karo is a regular guest Instructor. Parisyan was born in Yerevan, Armenia. His family migrated to America when he was six years old. Parisyan started training in Judo when he was nine years old under fellow Armenian Gokor Chivichyan and Gene LeBell. Parisyan developed under the Hayastan Grappling System, a style developed by Gokor Chivichyan and Gene LeBell, which blends elements of Judo, Sambo, Catch Wrestling, Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling.
Parisyan has six Junior National belts to his credit and competed in the Olympic Judo trials ahead of the 2004 games in Athens. He competes as a welterweight and made his UFC debut on September 23, 2003, beating Dave Strasser by Kimura. Mr. Parisyan is a 4 time International Judo champion widely credited as being the first to successfully adapt judo techniques for mixed martial arts. Karo’s throws are and his ground and pound style is brutal, allowing him to be a favorite mainstay of the UFC.
Sean “Beezy” Bollinger is a regular guest instructor. Sean is a first degree black belt under Eddie Bravo, founder of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Sean received his black belt back in 2010 and was the second person to accomplish that in the system. Sean has competed in competition jiu jitsu as well as MMA. Sean began training at an early age and has trained and belted in several martial arts.
